Abstract
ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence the variables of leadership, organizational culture, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Puskesmas Tembokrejo Jember. With several research methods carried out in this study, namely; data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination and hypothesis testing t and F. The research method model uses quantitative methods, because there are numerical aspects and use a Likert scale. In this study, the sample used was a saturated sample, where the entire population was used as a sample, namely 55 respondents. Based on the results of testing and analysis that has been processed, the following results are obtained: 1). Leadership partially has no significant effect on employee performance at the Tembokrejo Jember Health Center. 2). Organizational culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Tembokrejo Jember Health Center. 3). Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Tembokrejo Jember Health Center. 4). Work Environment partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tembokrejo Jember Health Center. 5). Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable Employee Performance at Puskesmas Tembokrejo Jember.
