Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze motivation, incentives, and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at STIE Mandala Jember. This research method uses quantitative descriptive, data collection techniques using saturated samples (census) with the distribution of 30 questionnaires to STIE Mandala employees, the analytical method used is path analysis with SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the motivation variable has an effect on job satisfaction 2) the incentive variable has an effect on job satisfaction 3) the work environment has no effect on job satisfaction. 4) the variables of motivation, incentives, and work environment have no effect on employee performance 3). Job satisfaction variables cannot mediate the relationship between motivation, incentives, and work environment variables on employee performance.
