Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of trust, satisfaction, commitment, and communication on member loyalty at the Tani Mukti Jember Credit Union. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this research were members of CU Tani Mukti Jember, with a total of 50 respondents. Data analysis used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), t Test and F Test using the SPSS Version 26.0 program. The results of this research show that simultaneously the Variabels trust, satisfaction, commitment, and communication significantly influence member loyalty. Partially, the satisfaction, commitment, and communication Variabels do not have a significant effect on member loyalty, while the trust Variabel partially has a positive and significant effect on member loyalty.
