Abstract
BSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership, work compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at UD Primadona Jember. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method that uses several analytical tools such as; data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination to hypothesis testing t and F. This research for the sample used is using saturated samples, where the clarity of the population is used as a research sample, namely 35 employee respondents at UD Primadona Jember. Based on the results of testing and analysis that has been done, the following results are obtained: 1). Leadership partially has no significant effect on employee performance at UD Primadona Jember. 2). Work Compensation partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance at UD Primadona Jember. 3). Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at UD Primadona Jember. 4). Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at UD Primadona Jember 5). Leadership, Work Compensation, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance variables at UD Primadona Jember Keywords: Saturated Sample, Multiple Linear Regression, Compensation, Employee Performance
