Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of good corporate governance, which includes managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, and audit committees, corporate social responsibility, leverage, environmental performance, and capital structure on financial performance. The population of this study consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. This research uses purposive sampling techniques, resulting in a sample of 12 companies. Data analysis methods utilize multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that, partially, the variables of managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committees, corporate social responsibility, environmental performance, and capital structure do not affect financial performance. Meanwhile, the leverage variable has an effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, the variables of managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committees, corporate social responsibility, leverage, environmental performance, and capital structure have an impact on financial performance.
