Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Motivation and Compensation simultaneously on the Performance of PT Employees. PLN (Persero) ULP Rambipuji and to determine the partial influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Motivation and Compensation on PT Employee Performance. PLN (Persero) ULP Rambipuji. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection methods using survey methods by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling or census sampling where the sample used was all 70 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of the research show that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, the Work Discipline variable has no significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, the Motivation variable has no significant effect on the Employee Performance variable . and the Compensation variable has no significant effect on the Employee Performance variable.
