Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Trust, Product Quality, Price, Discounts and Customer Ratings on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee Live in Jember". This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables trust, product quality, price, discounts and customer ratings on purchasing decisions at Shopee Live in Jember. The population in this research is Shopee platform users in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The sample used was 60 respondents obtained using the Sugiyono formula. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The research results show that there is no partial influence of the trust variables on purchasing decisions, while the product quality, price, discount and customer rating variables have a partial influence on purchasing decisions. For the variables of trust, product quality, price, discounts and customer rating, there is a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 7.807.
