Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Customer Service in improving services to customers at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Jember City. This type of research is field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative, with two sources of data, namely primary data sources that researchers can from the interview process and secondary data sources that researchers can from literature studies to be further analyzed by inductive thinking method. This study concludes that the services performed by Customer Service BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Jember City has been included in the category of good and has been in accordance with what is expected by the customer so as to get a positive assessment of the customer. Some things done by Customer Service at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Jember City in an effort to provide the best service including: Be friendly, polite, Serve quickly and precisely and provide convenience with Ball Pickup system to customers.
