Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of village apparatus competence, leadership style, community participation, and transparency on the accountability of village fund management in Ambulu District. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using research instruments and analyzed statistically to test the hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that the competence of village apparatus and leadership style do not have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. However, community participation and transparency have a significant impact on the accountability of village fund management. The higher the level of community participation and transparency, the better the accountability in managing these funds.
