Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of motivation, psychological contract, organizational culture, work facilities and non-physical work environment on employee performance at the company PT. Astra Juoku Indonesia, Karawang. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this research was employees of PT. Astra Juoku Indonesia, Karawang with a total of 60 respondents. Data analysis used Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), t test and f test using the SPSS program 22. The aim of the research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of motivation variables, psychological contracts, organizational culture, work facilities and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The results of this research show that simultaneously motivation, psychological contract, organizational culture, work facilities and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture variables and the non-physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The variables motivation, psychological contract, and work facilities partially do not have a significant effect.
