Abstract

ABSTRACT In the financial sector, technological developments can facilitate activities to be more effective, such as lending and borrowing transactions, buying and selling and payment transactions by only accessing via the internet. As well as the effectiveness of cash withdrawal transactions, currently the banking industry, one of which is BRI, has a cardless withdrawal service that can be accessed using the BRI Mobile Banking application. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The sample used was BRI cardless withdrawal user customers in Jember, with a total of 30 respondents. How to collect data with the help of Google Form and Likert Scale instruments. To analyze the data, this research uses quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS version 20 software. These results are (1) efficiency has no significant effect because the tcount value is 0.654 < ttable 1.706 and significance 0.513 > 0.05, (2) convenience has no significant effect because the tcount value is -0.263 > ttable -1.706 and significance 0.795 > 0.05, (3) security has a significant effect with a tcount value of 3.942> ttable 1.706 and a significance of 0.001 <0.05, and there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the decision to use cardless withdrawal with an Fcount value of 11.096> Ftable 2.975 and a significant 0.000 <0.05.
