Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out what makes people interested in using BRImo and how influential the mobile banking application is on the millennial generation as a means of payment. This research uses descriptive research using qualitative methods. The strategy used in this research uses a narrative study strategy, namely data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews and observations, then retelling stories about individual experiences and important events in the lives of participants. The results of this research show that the role of the mobile banking application has a positive impact on the people of Gumukmas Village. This can be seen from several factors such as age, device, time, customer mindset and customer knowledge about BRImo. The millennial generation's perception of using mobile banking applications can meet various customer needs by offering various features that can be used in transactions. The influence of mobile banking on the millennial generation in Gumukmas Village is shaped by security, ease of access, privacy, reliability, credibility and network connection speed.
