Abstract

ABSTRACT Balance Scorecard is a strategic management system that can be used to measure a company's performance. Business health assessment using the Balanced Scorecard Method based on the theory and provisions of the KUKM ministerial regulation no.20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008, namely from the assessment of the financial perspective starting from the ratio of own capital, efficiency, liquidity, asset profitability, and own capital profitability can be categorized as healthy in accordance with the stipulated provisions. The performance measurement method used in this purchase uses four perspectives: finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the assessment carried out through the financial perspective can be said to be sufficient because there is an increase even though it is not significant and the assessment carried out through the perspective of customers, internal business processes as well as learning and growth can be said to be good.
