Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyse ITSM students' perceptions of the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. In the digital era, e�commerce is becoming the main choice for consumers, and understanding the factors that influence purchasing behaviour is very important for businesses. data was collected from ITSM students to evaluate their perceptions of ease of use, promotions, transaction security, and product reviews. Observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation were the methods used to obtain data for the descriptive qualitative research approach. 13 ITSM students who frequently shop online on the Shopee platform became the research sample. The research findings show that there are various factors, including age and gender balance within the ITSM environment, study programmes (prodi) that influence students' shopping perceptions and preferences, and various student behaviours in online shopping.
