Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors of bad credit at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Balung and to find out how bad credit at handled at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Balung. This research uses field research methods with a descriptive qualitatif approach. The data collection method in this research is by using observation, interviews and documentation. The reseults of this research show that the factors of bad credit at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Balung if customers do not pay on time and ignore notifications from the pawnshop, another factor that causes bad credit is when customers experience crop failure. For handling, if the customer has run away and is really unable to pay the installments, if the BPKB motorbike is powned, it means the motorbike has been towed, or the pownshop can also submit an insurace claim.
