Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the influence of Human Resource, Capability, Facilities, and Responsibilities on the Level of Satisfaction through Service Quality as an Intervening Variable. The analysis method used is path analysis. With the result of the effect of human resource has no effect on the level of public service satisfaction through service quality with a t value of -1,970 and a t table value of 1,984, ability has no effect on the level of public service satisfaction through service quality with a t value 0f 0,102, and a t table value of 1,984, facilities affect the level of public service satisfaction through the quality of services provided with a t value of 2,404, and a t table value of 1,984, responsibility has no effect on the level public service satisfaction through the quality of services provided with a t value of 1,662, and a t table value of 1,984, using SPSS 25.
