Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service, Interest Rates, Location and Guarantee on customer decisions in taking BRIguna credit at the BRI Probolinggo Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive research type. The sample taken in this research was 75 respondents. The data processing method in this research uses data instrument analysis methods (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test ) with the help of SPSS 25. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this research show that service, interest rates and guarantees have a positive and significant effect on customers' decisions in taking out BRIguna credit at the BRI Probolinggo Branch with service test results T count 6.462 > T table 1.994. Interest rate T calculated 4.328 > T table 1.994. Guaranteed T count 4.856 > T table 1.994 with a significance level greater than 0.05. Meanwhile, location has a positive but not significant effect on customer decisions in taking out BRIguna credit at the BRI Probolinggo Branch with T test results of 1.954 < Ttable 1.994. with a significance level smaller than 0.05. Service, interest rates, location and collateral together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant influence on customers' decisions in taking out BRIguna credit at the BRI Probolinggo Branch with the result Fcount 14.592 > Ftable 2.503.
