Abstract
ABSTRACT This final project research is entitled "Efforts of BMT NU in Building Customer Trust and Loyalty in the Tenggarang Branch of Bondowoso Regency". This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) To find out what efforts were made by BMT NU to build customer trust. 2) To find out how the level of customer trust and loyalty to the quality of service at BMT NU Tenggarang Branch. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research conducted can be concluded that: 1) Efforts made in building customer trust, namely, by cooperating with and involving community leaders and religious leaders in providing exemplary and direction to the community about the importance of BMT NU. As well as socializing in the villages through branches of the NU management or local MWCNU officials by communicating and interacting directly with the people in the villages. This outreach also helps reach people who may not be familiar with BMT NU. 2) Customer trust and loyalty can improve service quality at BMT NU Tenggarang, namely by providing a sense of trust and good service to customers, so as to create a sense of trust and customer loyalty to BMT NU.
