Abstract

ABSTRACT Marketing strategy is a comprehensive, integrated and integrated plan in the field of marketing that provides guidance on the activities that will be carried out to achieve a company's marketing goals. This research aims to find out how the marketing strategy carried out by PT. BPR Nusamba Rambipuji in increasing customer interest in choosing Harmony Plus savings products amidst intense competition and many companies offering the same products. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data was obtained in the form of documents such as literature and brochures from PT. BPR Nusamba Rambipuji. The results of this research concluded that: 1) The marketing strategy used to attract customer interest is by implementing the 7P marketing mix which includes: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical evidence, Process. 2) The obstacles experienced when marketing products are in the form of business and technological competition.
