Abstract

Abstract The Swamitra Komajaya Matesih Cooperative is a place for borrowing credit such as working capital credit, investment credit, consumer credit. The purpose of this study is to determine the process for granting consumer credit and to learn about the many roadblocks that the procedure for granting consumer credit. There is a qualitative approach to the process. The study's findings found by researchers were the procedures for granting consumer credit carried out by Swamitra cooperative officers, namely by providing requirements such as photocopies of KTP, KK, and so on. And the obstacles that often occur in this consumer credit granting procedure are that SLIK results are not good and customers still have dependents at other institutions. And there are suggestions for the Swamitra Komajaya Corporation, such as carrying out double checking, conducting outreach and conducting surveys. Keywords: Procedure, Consumer Credit, Barriers
