Abstract

ABSTRACK Problem financing is a condition in which members are unable or unable to fulfill their obligations to pay off their financing. Problematic financing has become a common problem in a financial institution as well as a BMT (Baitu Maal Wa Tamwil). BMT (Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil) is a sharia-based microfinance institution. Where it is principled in Islamic principles. The purpose of this report is to analyze problem financing at BMT NU, Tenggarang Bondowoso Branch. Settlement of non�performing financing can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia, namely by means of restructuring. Restructuring can be done through rescheduling, reconditioning and restructuring. And can also do the billing and withdrawal of guarantees. Keywords: Funding, Analysis, BMT (Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil)
