Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Infuence of Product Quality on Customer Satisfac- tion of Hajj Savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jember Sudirman".This re- search aims to analyze and analyze the influence ofproduct quality which consists of several indicators,namely performance,features,reliability and serviceability partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction.This research is quantita- tive.The population listed is customers who save Haij savings.The sample used was 52 respondents with a sampling technique,namely purposive sampling.The data processing method uses data instrument test analysis methods (data validity test and reliability test),classical assumption tests (normality test,multicollinearity test,heteroscedasticity test),multiple linear regression,coefficient of determina- tion,and hypothesis testing (f test and t test)with SPSS 25 assistance.The research results show that performance and feature variables have a partially insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction with the results of the Tcount test 2.779>Ttable 1.675.Characteristics of the Ttest variable is 3.221>T table 1.675,with a signif icance level greater than 0.05.The variables reliability and ease of service have a positive and partially significant influence on consumer satisfaction with test re- sults Tcount 1.657<Ttable 1.675.Servicebility variable T test 0.567<T table 1.675 with a significance level of 0.05.The consumer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence simultaneously with the result Fcount 25.285> Ftable 3.175.
