Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to analyze the effect of financial self-efficacy, internal control, accounting information systems on employee fraud at PT. Madani National Capital Persero. The data in this Research is primary and secondary data. While the type of data used in this study is subject data in the form of written responses given to research subjects (respondents) in response to written statements (questionnaires) submitted by researchers. The data processing method uses the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that Financial Self Efficacy affects employee fraud. Accounting information systems and internal controls do not affect employee fraud. And the three variables simultaneously affect fraud.
