Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF REQUIREMENT PLANNING USING THE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING METHOD AT BONDOWOSO DEMANK PRINTING Needs are human desires for goods in the form of goods or services that are expected to be fulfilled in order to satisfy himself, the surrounding social environment or in the sense of his family. Requirements planning is a detailed planning function that considers a need factor that must be met. In determining needs, several data are needed, including distribution and composition, type, quantity and condition (quality) so that they are effective, appropriate and efficient and needs are studied further to be adjusted to the amount of financing from available funds. This research aims to minimize inventory, reduce the risk of delays, schedule according to plan and increase efficiency at Demank Bondowoso printing. This research uses quantitative research conducted at the Demank Bondowoso Printing. Data collection that is processed is primary, including observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Furthermore, the data is processed using the Material Requirement Planning method with the POM – QM For Windows Application. The results of the analysis carried out with the Material Requirement Planning method are proven to be able to help in calculating the number of needs quickly and precisely, then the results of the analysis with calculations on the POM – QM for windows software have the results of payment of the results of ordering needs amounting to Rp. 14,350,000,00, and get a discount of 20% which is 4,370,000,00, and processing data processing processing time that only has The delay averaged 4 hours.
