Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction, and leadership style on employee work productivity. In this study, data were collected using tools in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 63 respondents using census techniques, which aimed to determine respondents' perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression it can be seen that the variables of work motivation, work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction, and leadership style, all have a positive effect on employee work productivity. From the t test, the results obtained are work motivation, work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction, and leadership style, all of which have a significant effect on employee work productivity.
