Abstract

ABSTRAC ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF GOOD VILLAGE GOVERNANCE, INTERNAL CONTROL, AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMPETENCE OFTHE VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT (Case Study in Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency) By Refriani Nur Azizah Arum Nurshadrina Kartika Sari, S.E., M.M Wiwik Fitrianingsih, S.E.,M.Akun Accounting Study Program Institute of Technology and Science Mandala Jember This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Village Governace, Internal Control and Human Resource of the The Village Fund Managemen. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis models. The sampling technique was carried out purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that Good Village Governance, Internal Control, Human Resource Competence have a partial effect on Village Fund Management. Simultaneously Good Village Governance, Internal Control, Human Resource Competence partially influence Village Fund Management.
