Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to ascertain how liquidity, solvency, and profitability affect the value of manufacturing firms in the property sub-sector listed on the IDX in 2019–2021. This study falls under the category of quantitative research. A total of 74 property businesses registered on the IDX in 2019–2021 make up the study's population, of which 36 were chosen as a sample. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that was utilized in this study. Information gathered utilizing secondary data. The classical assumption test is used to analyse data, and it comprises the tests for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation,heteroscedasticity,multipleregression,coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t), and simultaneous test (F). The results of this study suggest that, after testing the information with the help of SPSS, it can be seen that the partial test (t) results show that the liquidity variable, measured using two indicators, namely the current ratio and quick ratio, has a significant effect on firm value, while the solvency and profitability variables do not. However, it can be observed from the simultaneous test (F) that the variables liquidity, solvency, and profitability have an impact on firm value. It is evident that one of the key variables affecting business value is the variable liquidity. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Firm Value.
