Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Service Quality and Community Interest on Financing at PT. Civil National Capital (PERSERO) (Case Study in Moro Hamlet, Glagah District). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and public interest on financing. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are prospective PNM customers. The sample used was 30 respondents with the sampling technique, namely random sampling. Data processing methods in this study used data instrument analysis methods (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test ) with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that the variables of service quality and public interest simultaneously had a significant effect on financing. Partially the service quality variable has a significant effect on financing, while the public interest variable partially has no significant effect on financing.
